Door allerlei redenen is het alweer een poosje terug dat ik een blog geschreven heb. Ik heb niet stilgezeten (af en toe ook wel, als er een lekker zonnetje in de tuin was), maar was vooral bezig met bijvoorbeeld voorbereiden van het Schelpenmandala maken, wat we op 19 mei hebben gedaan.
For all sorts of reasons it’s been a while back that I wrote a blog. I did not sit still (occasionally I did, if there was a nice sun in the garden), but I was mainly busy preparing, for example, making the Shell mandala, which we did on 19 May.
Maar nu toch weer een kaartje. Ik heb een basiskaartje en een label gepakt uit een leuk pakket van Stampin’Up. Ik wilde graag de creatieve hand uit de Handy Helpers stempelset van CraftaScope gebruiken. Deze heb ik eerst op de kaart gestempeld en toen op het label. Op het label ook de tekst gestempeld en nog wat spettertjes in bijpassende kleuren. Het label heb ik toen goed op z’n plek geplakt zodat de hand doorloopt. Boven en onder heb ik nog een strookje washitape geplakt.
But now again a card. I have taken a basic card and a label from a nice package from Stampin’Up. I wanted to use the creative hand from the Handy Helpers stamp set from CraftaScope. I first stamped this on the card and then on the label. The text also stamped on the label and some spatter in matching colors. I then stuck the label properly in place so that the hand continues. Above and below I have stuck a strip of washitape.
