Omdat het vakantietijd is koos ik ervoor een pizzadoosje te decoreren in vakantiestijl. Leuk om iemand te geven die op vakantie gaat. Je kan er wat handige vakantiecadeautjes indoen, bijv. een pakje kauwgom, een klein tubetje tandpasta, een zakmes,…

Because it’s time for travel and holiday’s I choose to decorate a mini-pizza-box in holidaystyle. Very nice to give to someone who is going on a journey. It can be filled with small holidaypresents like some chewinggum, pocketknife, little package of toothpaste,…

Ik heb het doosje eerst beplakt met Best Route Designer Series Paper en Night Of Navy Cardstock. Op de bovenkant een soort puzzeltje gemaakt dat precies in elkaar past. Het landschapje heb ik gestempeld met 1 van mijn favoriete stempelsets Waterfront met alleen maar de kleuren Gray Granite en Mango Melody. Door de Gray Granite in verschillende tinten te stempelen krijg je kleurverschil, maar toch een rustig geheel. De tekst heb ik diep zwart kunnen krijgen door heat embossing met het nieuwe zwarte embossingpoeder. Dit is een toevoeging in de catalogus waar ik heel blij mee ben. Het is best lastig om zwart heel mooi diep te stempelen. door het te embossen is het meteen diep zwart. De tekst komt uit de leuke, veelzijdige stempelset Treehouse Adventure. Het Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon is lekker stoer en maakt het doosje compleet.

I started to decorate the box with Best Route DSP and Night Of Navy Cardstock. At the top I made some kind of puzzle that made a square. I stamped the landscape with one of my favourite stampsets Waterfront, with only the colors Gray Granite and Mango Melody. Stamping the Gray Granite in different shades gave me enough colors to make the landscape interesting, but still serene. The sentiment is from the very nice and versatile stampset Treehouse Adventure. By heat-embossing the sentiment with black embossingpowder it’s deep black straight away. The Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon is sturdy and makes the box complete.

Ik hoop dat jullie m’n project leuk vinden en dat ik jullie heb geïnspireerd om ook eens zo’n leuk pizzadoosje te decoreren. Ik zou het leuk vinden als je in een reactie laat weten wat je ervan vindt.

Welkom bij alweer de vijfde blog hop van Ink & Share! Deze maand is het thema “Zomer”. Dit betekent dat alle deelnemende Stampin’Up! demonstrators van deze blog hop een project maken met dit thema. Je bent hier gekomen via Ingrid of bent hier met de Blog Hop begonnen. In ieder geval wil ik je uitnodigen na het bekijken van deze blog door te hoppen naar Phoebe en zo verder.

Welcome at the fifth blog hop from Ink & Share! Our theme for this month is “Summer”. This means that all the participating Stampin’Up! demonstrators made a project with this theme. You came to my blog via Ingrid or you started on my blog. In either way I’ll invite you to hop further to Phoebe after reading my blog and so on to all the participating demonstrators.

Ik heb gekozen voor twee stempelsets die mij een zomers gevoel geven, Enjoy Life en Southern Serenade en de kleuren van een mooie zomeravond gebruikt, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight en Mango Melody. De achtergrond heb ik eerst bewerkt met Brusho Crystal Color. Het mooie strakke kader is een stempel uit de stempelset Swirly Frames. Na het stempelen van het kader heb ik hier een masker overheen geplakt zodat ik alles om het kader kon bestempelen waarbij de binnenkant van het kader vrij bleef. De silhouette-afbeeldingen uit Enjoy Life heb ik in memento black gestempeld. Hierbij was mijn Stamparatus erg handig. Een mooie zwarte afbeelding krijg je bijna nooit in 1 keer, maar met de Stamparatus kan je stempelen, opnieuw beinkten en precies op dezelfde plek weer stempelen, net zo lang tot je tevreden bent over de afdruk.

I choose 2 stampsets that give me the feeling of summer, Enjoy Life and Southern Serenade and used the colours of a beautifull summerevening, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody. I made a background with Brusho Crystal Color. The frame is from the stampset Swirly Frames. After stamping the frame I putted a mask on it, so I was able to stamp around the frame and leave the inside open. I stamped the silhouettes from Enjoy Life in Memento Black. This is where I used my Stamparatus. You almost never get a deep black image at once. With the Stamparatus I was able to stamp, re-ink, and stamp again on the same spot until I was satisfied with the result.

De tekst komt uit een andere stempelset, namelijk Beautiful You. Deze heb ik in koperkleur ge-embossed. Het geheel is gemat op Copper Foil Sheet, zo kwam het koperkleurtje weer terug. Ik hoop dat jullie het een mooie kaart vinden, ik vind het leuk als je een reactie achterlaat, je krijgt altijd antwoord terug.

The sentiment is from another stampset, Beautiful You. I embossed it with copper embossing powder. After that I glued it on Copper Foil Sheet.

Hoi, welkom bij weer een nieuwe Blog Hop van Ink & Share!!! Deze maand laten we een sneak-peek zien van de nieuwe jaarcatalogus. Dat wil zeggen dat alle Stampin’Up! demonstrators die met deze Blog Hop meedoen een project laten zien met gloednieuw speelgoed uit de nieuwe jaarcatalogus. Als je mijn blog hebt gezien/gelezen kan je doorhoppen naar Deb Naylor. Deb heeft in de afgelopen maanden al veel moois laten zien, dus laat je lekker inspireren!

Hi, welcome to a fresh Blog Hop from Ink & Share. This month’s theme is Sneak Peek from the new annual catalogue. All demonstrators from Stampin’Up! who join this Blog Hop will show projects made with brand new toys from the new catalogue. After reading my blog you can hop on to Deb Naylor. She showed us wonderful projects in the last month’s, so let her inspire you!

Ik koos voor de stempelset Animal Outing. Een superleuke stempelset met leuke “wilde” dieren en teksten in een erg leuk lettertype. We kregen deze stempelset tijdens On Stage. Het was dus de 1e stempelset van de nieuwe jaarcatalogus die ik in m’n bezit had. En ik was er meteen flieft op. Hij is superleuk voor kinderkaarten, babykaartjes, maar ook voor lieve of melige kaarten voor volwassenen. De set kan ook heel goed gebruikt worden als je een fotoboek voor je kind aan het maken bent. De stempelset hoort bij de suite Animal Expedition, dit betekent dat er rondom de stempelset producten zijn die helemaal in de sfeer passen van de stempelset. Bijvoorbeeld Thinlits Dies die bij de stempels passen, heel erg leuk Designer Series Paper en zelfs een lint met blaadjes eraan. Dit alles is te bestellen vanaf 1 juni.

I chose the stampset Animal Outing. This is a supercute stampset with “wild” animals. We received this stampset at On-Stage, and I was totally in love with it at first sight! It’s nice to use it for kidscards, welcome baby cards, but also for funny or cute adultcards. It’s also very useful when you are scrapping a photobook for your child. The stampset is part of the Animal Expedition Suite. This means, there are more products that fit perfectly with this stampset. For example, thinlits dies, beautiful Designer Series Paper and a ribbon with leafs on it. Everything is this suite is orderable from the 1st of june.

Ik heb 2 kaarten gemaakt met deze stempelset. Eerst een schuifkaart..

So that was enough talking, now I like to show you what I made. I made 2 cards, the first is a slider card.

Ik heb het Wood Textures Designer Series Paper een flinke rol laten spelen in deze kaart. Dit papier komt terug in de nieuwe catalogus, ik ben daar zo blij mee, ik heb inmiddels al 2 pakken opgebruikt, en er volgen er zeker meer. De afbeeldingen heb ik ingekleurd met de Watercolor Pencils. Wil je zelf ook een keer een schuifkaart maken, maar weet je niet hoe het moet? Nodig dan wat vriendinnen uit, dan kom ik het jullie met alle liefde uitleggen :).

The Wood Textures Designer Series Paper has a big role at this card. This paper is returning in the new catalogue. I’m very happy with that, I use it a lot! I colored the stamps with Watercolor Pencils.

Gewoon een kusje is op z’n tijd best lekker, en met deze kaart krijg je er zelfs 3!

De neushoorn heb ik ingekleurd met de Stampin’Blends. Het vrolijke designpapier komt uit het Share What You Love pakket. De bloemen heb ik uitgestanst met dies van Flourish Thinlits, in het nieuwe kleurtje Coastal Cabana.

I colored the rhino with Stampin’Blends. The designpaper is from Share What You Love and the flowers are in the Flourish Thinlits in Coastal Cabana Cardstock.

Voor deze maand heb ik iets voor in een lijstje gemaakt, wat heel erg leuk in m’n lente/paashoekje staat. Ik heb eerst de achtergrond gemaakt op 2 stukken Watercolor Paper. Lekker waterig in de mooie lentekleurtjes Lemon Lime Twist en Daffodil Delight. Toen dat droog was heb ik de achtergrond verder bewerkt met een masker, sponzen en verschillende stempels in de kleuren Peekaboo Peach en Old Olive.

This month a made a home-deco piece for my spring/eastercorner I have at home. First I made a background on 2 pieces of Watercolor Paper. A lot of water and the nice springcolors Lemon Lime Twist and Daffodil Delight did it for me. After drying that, I used sponges, a mask and several stampsets to finish the background. For that I used the colors Peekaboo Peach and Old Olive.

De letters komen uit de superhandige stempelset Letters for you. Alle letters van het alfabet en leestekens zorgen ervoor dat je zelf je teksten kan samenstellen. Deze heb ik gestempeld in Real Red. Omdat de letters niet helemaal strak zijn, passen ze heel mooi bij de achtergrond.

I stamped Spring in Real Red. The stamps are from the superhandy stampset Letters for you. In this set you have all the letters and signs to make your own sentiments. The letters are a bit blurry, this is nice with the background I made.

De bloem komt uit het wonderschone Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper. Dit is een Sale-a-Bration geschenk waar je zoveel mee kan. Prachtige cadeauverpakkingen maken, als onderdeel van een kaart, en je kan dus ook de bloemen uitknippen en de kleuren geven die je wilt. Deze bloem heb ik gekleurd met de Stampin’Blends in de kleuren Daffodil Delight en Old Olive. De dauwdruppeltjes zijn Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes. Net echt! Nog een klein labeltje erop om de tekst compleet te maken en hij kon worden samengesteld in het lijstje. Ik heb de onderdelen verhoogd opgeplakt, zodat er diepte ontstond. Ik vind ‘m leuk geworden, ik hoop dat jij ‘m ook leuk vindt.

The flower is from the wonderful Sale-a-Brationgift Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper. There is so much possible with this paper. You can make a wonderful giftwrap, use it as a part of a carddesign or fuzzycut a flower out of it and color it in the way you prefer. I gave this flower color with the Stampin’Blends in the colors Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. The dewdrops are Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes, they look so real. I finished it with a little label to complete the sentiment. After that I used Stampin’Dimensionals to create some relief. I like the way it turned out. I hope you like it too.

Het thema van deze maand is Sale-a-Bration. We maken dus allemaal iets waarbij een Sale-a-Bration-cadeau is gebruikt. Aangezien er veel te kiezen is tijdens de Sale-a-Bration, zal de bloghop ook heel divers zijn. Kijk dus vooral lekker verder bij mijn collega-demonstrators als je mijn blog hebt gelezen. Dit is wat ik heb gemaakt:
This is what I’ve made:

Een heel bijzonder product in de Lente/Zomercatalogus van Stampin’Up! is de Brusho Crystal Colour. Het is een poederinkt dat in actie komt in combinatie met water. Je kan hier geweldige dingen mee doen. Voor deze achtergrond ben ik begonnen met wat brusho te strooien in de linkerhoek van de kaart. Hier heb water op gespoten waardoor het een mooie basis-achtergrond werd. Hier overheen heb ik de prachtige zonnebloemen gestempeld uit de Painted Harvest stempelset. Deze set komt uit de Herfst/Wintercatalogus, maar zowel de stempelset als de Leaf Punch uit deze suite zijn nog te bestellen. Met de Timeless Textures stempelset heb ik de randen bewerkt en hier en daar nog wat “spatjes” inkt toegevoegd.

A very special product from the Spring/Summercatalogue is the Brusho Crystal Colour. It’s a powder-ink that reacts on water. You can make wonderful things with this powder. For the background of my card I sprinkled some Brusho on Watercolor Paper en spritzed water on it. Then I stamped a few beautiful sunflowers from the stampset Painted Harvest. This is a set from the Autumn/Wintercatalogue that’s still available, and so is the Leaf Punch from this suite. I stamped the borders and the ink-drops with Timeless Textures.

Daarna heb ik het label gemaakt. Een heel klein beetje Brusho en dan die fijne stempels uit de Nederlandstalige Sale-a-Bration-stempelset Beste Wensen. De afgeronde hoeken heb ik gemaakt met m’n Envelope Punch Board en de randjes heb ik weer bestempeld met Timeless Textures. De blaadjes heb ik gemaakt met de stempel en pons van Painted Harvest.

After that I made the label. A little Brusho and then the great stamps from the Dutch Sale-a-Bration stampset Beste Wensen, this is the Dutch version of Happy Wishes. The sentiment I used means Happy Birthday. I cutted the rounded corners with my Envelope Punch Board and for the borders I used Timeless Textures again. The leaves are from Painted Harvest.

En de binnenkant ben ik natuurlijk niet vergeten!
And I didn’t forget the inside of the card!

This sentiment means “to you”.
